There is a Casual Male XL in Jonesboro & one in Little Rock. Your other option would be online, most retailers carry their expanded B&T assortment online only. Online at JCPenney or Kohl's would be your best bet.
Unfortunately, all of the stores you mentioned advertise big and tall but actually only carry big items and tall items. I've checked Amazon and run Google searches and have only run across one site that has an item that is at the same time both big and tall. http://www.bigmen.com/dressshirt/bigtall.html
